To take full advantage of Correlate software and Microsoft Office 365 or Microsoft Sharepoint 2010, you must configure the Correlate Add-in for Sharepoint. Doing this gives you extended features such as direct support for document life cycle and content types. Ohter features include Insert Folders from Sharepoint repositories, off-line capabilities and transmittal functions.
Before you start – Install the free Sharepoint Object Model
The Correlate add-in uses the SharePoint Foundation 2010 Client Object Model. This is normally installed with the licensed SharePoint Workspace 2010 installation. If you do not have the Workspace installed, you can use the the free Microsoft redistributable package with Microsoft .NET component. You find the free Microsoft software here :

Step 1 – Enable the Add-in
Open File->Options dialog box and select the tab for Add-Ins
Click on the Add-ins tab and the page for available Add-ins
Select –Correlate SharePoint Add-in
Press Use and OK
Step 2 – Configure your Sharepoint Site URL
Open the File-Options and Tab SharePoint
Register the Server URL to your Sharepoint site
Try Test Connection to verify login
If OK, click Use and OK. If test fail, check URL, user name and password, and try again
